Everything you need is built into the wash bay: warm water, shampoo and conditioner through the shower head, a powered dryer and towels. Big dogs, small dogs, first-timers, all welcome.

The shampoo and conditioner are dispensed through the shower head rather than from separate bottles, which catches a few people out first time. Once you know that, the machine is straightforward to use.
The bath is large and secure, so bigger dogs have room and you can get at all angles. Small dogs and dogs new to grooming are just as welcome.
Plenty of first-timers come through the bay and manage fine. Take it at your dog's pace and give the coat a brush once it's dry.
Warm water, shampoo, a powered dryer and towels are all provided here. Bring your dog, a lead and clothes you don't mind getting damp.
